Since joining Melchert Hubert Sjodin in 1991, Mike has immersed himself in the world of commercial real estate, handling several large property transactions impacting area businesses and municipalities.
With his combined experience in Real Estate and Municipal law, Mike is uniquely suited to advise on the growth and development needs of emerging metropolitan areas. He represents property sales and purchases, option agreements, leasing, planning and zoning matters, title issues and more. No matter how big or small the issue, he approaches everything with enthusiasm and intelligence.
"We concentrate on commercial real estate, the buying, selling and leasing of properties," Mike says. "We can help our clients solve any title problems that are discovered as part of the transaction. And our municipal work includes many of the cities in Carver County for planning, zoning and development.
In addition to serving as the city attorney of Waconia, Mike represents a major hospital in the southern metro area, acting as general counsel on planning, leasing and any issues related to Health Care law.
