Mike is a partner that practices in the areas of real estate, business, health care and municipal law. He has handled several large, complex transactions impacting area businesses and municipalities.

"We concentrate on commercial real estate, the buying, selling and leasing of properties," Mike says. "We can help our clients solve any title problems that are discovered as part of the transaction. And our municipal work includes many of the cities in Carver County for planning, zoning and development."

In addition to his other clients, Mike serves City Attorney for Waconia and represents a major nonprofit hospital in the southern metro area. "We provide clients of all sizes with a broad range of services," Mike says.
