"Being readily available to clients to discuss issues important to them, big or small, is a critical part of my job. Providing thoughtful service, with a common sense approach, is essential."
Racheal is always ready to work with a client to cooperatively develop a strategy that makes sense. "Clients are the ultimate decision makers regarding their legal matter. The information and consultation we provide as attorneys, arms our clients with the knowledge to make good choices," the Chaska native says. "As a file progresses, the strategy initially developed with a client may shift in order to improve the client’s position as rapidly and efficiently as possible."
As a member of the commercial practice group at Melchert Hubert Sjodin, Racheal advises and represents businesses and financial institutions, as well as landowners in real estate matters and Torrens proceedings. Racheal has experience litigating real estate, construction and commercial cases. She is confident handling the many details associated with litigation, both in and out of the courtroom.
"Melchert Hubert Sjodin offers an easy-going environment and the personal service you would expect in a one or two-person office, but with the benefit and in-depth experience of many more."
