Racheal is always ready to lend an ear. "I'm a good listener," the Chaska native says. "I allow my cases to be client-driven to the extent that's possible."
She doesn't jump to conclusions about what a client needs or the amount of time necessary to manage a case appropriately, she says. "It's the client who should be making the choices on how to proceed based on consultation and information from us."
Racheal has experience litigating real estate, construction and commercial cases. She is confident handling the many details associated with litigation, both in and out of the courtroom. "Mention litigation and people automatically think you are in trial," Racheal says. "One very important part of litigation is alternative dispute resolution. Most cases settle before trial."
As a member of the commercial practice group at Melchert Hubert Sjodin, Racheal advises and represents businesses and financial institutions. She also represents landowners in real estate litigation matters and Torrens proceedings.
